My name is Tash. I am a wife to a loving husband and a mother to two gorgeous children who inspire me daily, to live my dreams and keep my creativity alive. I have a passion for baking and making a mess full of sweetness in the kitchen. I know right, who loves creating a mess in the kitchen??? Me, hehe.

Bringing your ideas to life, seeing the faces of joy and excitement is why I love to bake and get messy in the kitchen. Your smiles and excitement make all the behind the scene challenges worthwhile.

Since I was a little girl, I can remember the excitement and joy I would feel when I had the chance to watch, help and learn to bake from my mother and my 2 grandmothers. All the sweetness of learning the ‘old ways’, learning how my Nonna and Nanna would bake back in their day, learning how to be creative and cherish recipes that have been passed on for generations. This is my absolute passion, to be able to keep baking and putting the love I feel into every bite you take.

From wedding cakes to birthday cakes, desserts for a dinner party or cupcakes for any occasion, I love to work with each customer and create an individual, personalised piece for you to enjoy for your special event. I try and do my best within your budget, to create a cake and give you the best.

All my cakes, desserts, cookies and sweet treats are baked fresh to order and from top quality ingredients, organic ingredients where possible. I do not use any pre-mix starters or bakers’ mixes. These recipes I have worked on for many years to get as perfectly yummy, light and moist so you're guaranteed to want another piece.
